The charming residence was designed on the principle of a second home to rent for a weekend, a week's vacation or to come and work in peace while teleworking... Against the tide of the blue paradise of the islands at the end of the world, our cottage Les Biches, with discreet luxury, allows you to share, all year round, summer and winter, all the art of living   at the crossroads of Sologne, Touraine and Berry where renowned gastronomy enhances an exceptional cultural and natural heritage. In short, during your stay, you are at home!

Nestled in a peaceful and open setting, the house is decorated with a spacious and wooded garden of more than 4000m² for you to relax after your visits to castles such as Chenonceau, Chambord, Amboise, remarkable gardens such as Chaumont and Villandry, towns and villages or returning from walks along the banks of the Cher and the Loire, on foot, by bike, by canoe-kayak or in a hot air balloon...

On the ground floor, discover a warm living room with a stove, a large equipped kitchen, a dining room, an office and a laundry room. The first floor offers you four comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms.

The attic, for its part, is a fun space with relaxation area, children's playroom and cinema area with video projector.
